We offer classes for every level!

When coming for your free trial class please wear comfortable clothes in which you can move, bring dedicated indoor training shoes or be prepared to train in socks, and bring water.


Taijiquan Classes at

Beginners Yang Taiji

Mondays, Wednesdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Tuesdays, Thursdays
9:30am – 10:30am

9am –10am

Calm, circular and continuous, learn the foundation of simplified 24 Form Taijiquan. Basic breathing and meditation (Qigong) and two person skills (Push Hands) are also covered.

Intermediate & Advanced Taiji

Tuesdays, Thursdays
10:30am – 11:30am

7:30pm – 8:30pm

11am –12noon

Once a foundation has been started the lessons continue. Styles and routines vary by the class make-up and the cycles. of learning. The various forms may include, but are not limited to, Yang, Chen, Sun, Combined styles, and special family and other internal systems. The options are very broad. Currently the focus is on Chen style.

Taiji Sword

10am – 11am

7:30pm – 8:30pm

Learn to focus and extend your energy through the practice of the Taiji sword. This class is open to students of all levels. As we do not use live blades, it is a safe practice with solo and optional partner routines.


Push Hands

1st and 4th Saturdays
12pm – 1pm

Two person practice focusing on gaining a higher level of skill and awareness through the safely executed physical feedback of a partner. This class requires you to have completed a beginner level form.
